This innovative technology can produce one container 2 cm slabs (about 300 sq.Mt) in 8 hours time. In class 2 and 3 type of granite production of 24,000 sq.Mt. per month is achievable
Gold 60 uses 2 kw power per sq.Mt. The quality of the cut is within 0.5 tolerance. The cutting surface is of 120 grit level which in terns reduces the polishing time and cost by 30%.
This unit does not need elaborate foundation. It is eco-friendly. This unit can be located at the quarry site and does not need any types of building. With imaginative approach large size quarry operators can install multi wire machines at the quarry site and sell value added 2 cm, 3 cm or any other thickness slabs and save on transportation cost and time of transformation from block to slabs. Export can go directly as sawn slabs from the quarry itself directly.
