MANGALORE: Power supply in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts is likely to be affected from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday. A press release from Executive Engineer, Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd (Major Works division, Udupi) stated that the company was undertaking maintenance work on Varahi-Kemar 220-kV first and second lines. Although power would be supplied to the two districts from Tannirbhavi project on the day, the release said, it would be intermittent.
