Congress leader Govindraj Harivan has sought the intervention of the Governor to prevent the “loot” of the State exchequer by the Bharatiya Janata Party. In a release issued here, Mr. Harivan said: “ [Ministers] want to propose various development projects just for the sake of getting funds released.” The BJP had lost the moral right to continue in power as it had been reduced to minority. The Governor should dismiss the government in the interests of the people of the State, he said. — Staff Correspondent
