Entry to Mysore Palace for visitors will be restricted on October 10 and 23 and November 9. Tourists will be allowed only from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. This is because of the rituals and ceremonies inside the palace during the Dasara, according to the Mysore Palace Board office. There will be no entry for visitors or tourists inside the palace on October 24 on account of the Vijayadashami procession. The Board
also said that the palace will be illuminated
from October 16 to 23
from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
and on October 24 from
7 p.m. to 10 p.m. which marks the culmination
