HUBLI: The Indian Oil Corporation has clarified that the officials of the Department of Food and Civil Supplies did not conduct any raid on the corporation’s Hubli depot as reported in a section of the media. Chief Manager (Corporate Communications) R. Chidambaram, through a release, said that the officials had approached the corporation on October 13 to take samples from the tankers that were parked outside the depot.— Staff Correspondent
