‘Nepotism eroding moral values’

Freedom fighter H.S. Doreswamy has lamented that there has been an increase in corruption, nepotism and lust for power among people in the country. These evils are eroding the moral values among people, he said while unveiling the statue of revolutionary freedom fighter Chandrashekhar Azad at Bangarpet on Tuesday. Patriotism is fast disappearing and there is no commitment to nation building, Mr. Doreswamy said. Veereshananda of Tumkur’s Ramakrishna Ashram and freedom fighter Vidyadhar Guruji spoke.
