Bangalore: Member of the Legislative Council M.R. Doreswamy has said that the delay in constitution of local inspection committees (LIC) by the Bangalore University is affecting the affiliated colleges to start new courses

In a statement issued here, Prof. Doreswamy said all along the university had constituted the committees during October-November for subsequent academic year. “Now we are in May and already there is a delay of six to seven months. This is a serious lapse deserving the attention of the university and the State Government at once.”
