Shyamanur Shivashankarappa, Minister for Horticulture and Davangere district in-charge, said he would direct the Deputy Commissioner of Davangere and Commissioner of Davangere City Corporation to not collect the revised water tariff of Rs. 2,100 per year per domestic water connection and instead collect the previous water tariff of Rs. 660 per year per connection from the citizens.
