The Dakshina Kannada and Udupi Districts Petroleum Dealers' Association would be organising a State-level Petroleum Dealers' Conference at Kundapur in Udupi district on November 26 and 27.

Dakshina Kannada and Udupi Districts' Petroleum Association Vishwas Shenoy president said on Wednesday that 1,000 delegates would be attending the conference. The conference would focus on various problems faced by the dealers in the State. The increase in prices of petrol and diesel was affecting petrol stations as the return on investment was less.The association has been making efforts to have the Union Minister for Petroleum S. Jaipal Reddy to inaugurate the conference, Mr. Shenoy said.
