The Karnataka State Souharda Federal Cooperative Ltd. (KSSFCL) has thanked the State Government and RBI for permitting it to collect the account payee cheques by scheduled commercial banks and cooperative banks for an amount not exceeding Rs. 50,000.

Speaking to presspersons here on Wednesday, president of KSSFCL, S.R. Satish Chandra, general secretary Gurunatha Janthikara, and managing director Sharanagouda G. Patil thanked the State Government and the officials concerned for permitting it to collect payee cheques.

KSSFCL organises a 10-day workshop for officers of the Souhardha Cooperative twice every year.

This time, the workshop is being held from November 25 to December 4 in Mysore.
