The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has launched a new Online Live Support round-the-clock service on its website — www.ksrtc.in — for passengers to provide online support for queries on bookings and cancellations.

Passengers can click the “live chat” button on the website and get connected with a customer support agent. Passengers can now get information on bus routes, online booking process, bus schedules, etc.
