A walkathon and a drawing competition were organised for children with cerebral palsy on Sunday, to boost the spirit of these children.
The walkathon was flagged off by Malathi Holla, a Paralympian, at the K.H. Double Road gate of Lalbagh Botanical Gardens, according to a release here.

Along with this, ChamP , an e-newsletter dedicated to enhancing knowledge about multidisciplinary management of cerebral palsy in India, was launched.
This will act as a platform to share and learn the latest information on modalities in the management of cerebral palsy.
The newsletter has been started by Parijima Neurodiagnostic and Rehabilitation Centre and Allergan, in association with Ashwasan Charitable Trust, the release added.
