S.V. Nandavadagi, principal, Government College for Women here, has said that there was no fault of the college in connection with the wrong results of the final year B.Sc announced on Bangalore University’s website.

“There is no doubt that it is a mistake on the part of the authorities concerned of the university,” Mr. Nandavadagi told The Hindu on Thursday.

“I understand the feelings of the students and parents as well. I will meet the Vice-Chancellor and the Registrar (Evaluations) to get the records corrected,” he said. The authorities concerned now ought to extend dates for admissions to various postgraduate and other courses in view of this problem, he added.
