PANAJI: Margao-based Vidya Vikas Academy in south Goa has bagged the prestigious International School Award of the British Council. Industrialist Ramnath Kare, president of Vidya Vikas Mandal which is the parent body of the institution, said on Thursday that the school had been featured in the British Council’s India Newsletter, April, 2009, as one of the finest examples of school partnerships.
