Food enthusiasts will get an opportunity to savour their favourite dishes from across the country at the 10-day Indian food festival ‘Swaad’, which will begin here on Friday.

Pusparaj Mohanty, general manager, Clarks Inn, which has organised the food festival, told presspersons here on Thursday that 25 to 30 dishes from different parts of India would be available.

Mr. Mohanty said that different menus would be available on each day. “The first two menus will be available for three days each and the third menu for the last four days,” he said.

Chef Deepak Tiwari and others would serve dishes.

The festival will be on between 7.30 p.m. and 11 p.m.
