Hubli: Bharatiya Janata Party's candidate from the Karnataka West Teachers' Constituency R.M. Kuberappa has alleged that Janata Dal (Secular) leader and the former Minister Basavaraj Horatti failed to keep the promises he had made during the last electionalthough he became the primary and secondary education Minister he did nothing to fulfil their demands. “Mr. Horatti was misleading the voters by saying that BJP had done nothing for the teachers”, he said.
