GULBARGA: The Hyderabad-Karnataka Janapara Sangharsha Samiti has decided to observe a Gulbarga bandh on May 11 in protest against inadequate drinking water supply in the city. Office-bearers of the samiti who met here on Monday to discuss drinking water crisis in many localities even after commissioning of pumping of 12 million gallons a day of water from the Saradgi barrage have decided to intensify their agitation by holding "rasta sabhas" and "dharnas" from May 2 and observing a Gulbarga city Bandh on May 11.
