BANGALORE: Four persons, including a seven-year-old boy, died in road accidents near Magadi and in Bangalore on Tuesday.
Two men, Imtiyaz (22) and Imran (24), travelling in an autorickshaw, died when a private bus fell on the vehicle at Solur on the National Highway No 48. The Kadoor police said the bus, while overtaking the autorickshaw, drove over a heap of mud and the driver lost control. The bus toppled and fell on the autorickshaw.
The injured autorickshaw driver was admitted to a private hospital.
A 28-year-old software engineer died and his colleague injured when their motorcycle rammed a lorry near Devarabisnahalli on the Outer Ring Road.
According to the Airport Traffic police, Sumanth was riding with Ashok on the pillion. Sumanth lost control over the vehicle and hit the lorry. He died on the spot.
Sudeep (7) died after he was run over by a car when he was playing with his friends near his house in Milasandra in Byatarayanapura traffic police station limits.
