Four officials, on deputation to the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) from the Forest Department, have been relieved of their services from the civic authority. Commissioner Siddaiah on Wednesday asked administration officials to issue an order repatriating them to their parent department, a press release said.

The four are Deputy Conservator of Forests (South) Puttaswamy and Assistant Conservators of Forests (Lake Development) T.H. Shivanna, Jagannath Rao and R. Keshavamurthy.

As a follow up of Conservator of Forests N.L. Shanthakumar turning up for work at the BBMP on Tuesday even after being relieved on October 27, Mr. Siddaiah directed officials to lock his office and withdraw his official car.
