Photo Journalists Association Goa (PJAG) on Wednesday condemned the attack on a fellow photojournalist of Dainik Gomantak by a vegetable vendor Hyder Ali while discharging duties at Panaji municipal market on Wednesday.

The photojournalist had gone to the market to click photographs of vegetables. He was attacked by the vendor along with his other friends. The photographer lodged a complaing with Panaji police, said Atish Naik, general secretary of PJAG. Goa Union of Journalists has also condemned the attack.
