Bangalore: The Justice V.P. Mohan Kumar Inquiring Authority, constituted to probe the alleged irregularities in the purchase of coal by Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd. from 2002 to 2009 and power transformers by Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. during 2006-07, has asked the people in general and all persons and associations in particular who are acquainted with the subject to file affidavits and statements.

Interested persons can collect a copy of the notification from the Secretary of the Inquiry Authority from its office on payment of specified charges. The statements, if any to be submitted by the persons concerned, should be either in Kannada or in English.

Every statement, so furnished, should be accompanied by an affidavit duly sworn to before an authority by the deponent. The statements together with an affidavit and documents, if any, can be sent to The Secretary, Justice V.P. Mohan Kumar Inquiring Authority, 8th Floor, Main Tower, Sir M. Visvesvaraya Centre, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Road, Bangalore – 560 001, either in person or by registered post acknowledgement due on or before March 29.
