Bangalore: The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board had taken several steps to prevent malpractice during the SSLC examination. Provision to video record the examination process, closing of photocopying centres near examination centres across the State were just a few of the measures initiated. On Monday, 44 students were caught indulging in malpractice and were debarred. According to KSEEB, 22 were in Kolar, 10 in Bijapur, four each in Belgaum and Chikkodi and two each in Chickaballapur and Gulbarga.
