Killed in accidentTUMKUR: Three persons, including a woman, died and four injured when the van they were travelling by was involved in a collision with a sand-laden lorry at Naganahalli near here, on Saturday. Police said a family from ID Halli in Madhugiri taluk in the district was returning home after a pilgrimage to Sri Siddaganga Math, near here. K.V. Jagannathaiah (45), and Sarojamma (75) of the family, and the driver Dasappa (32) died on the spot. Four members of the family, who were critically injured, were taken to Bangalore for treatment.
