PANAJI: The indefinite strike by State Bank of India (SBI) employees, which entered the third day on Wednesday, continued to disrupt banking operations in the State.

Chief regional president of the All India SBI Officers' Federation Sripad Madkaikar said on Wednesday that a rally would be taken out by the striking employees on Thursday in the city.

Apart from SBI employees in Goa and some pensioners of SBI, the rally will be attended by employees from Sindhudurga and Ratnagiri (Maharashtra) regions which come under the Goa module of the SBI.
