Bangalore: An impressive band from the Bangalore School of Music is getting ready to celebrate the spirit of Christmas. Over 100 musicians of all ages will come together on Friday to raise their voices and bows under the baton of well-known conductors.

The school’s outreach programme aims at reaching out to all sections of society through the power of music. This year, the music school’s “Dece-Bells 2007” will present the visually challenged children’s choir of Jyothi Seva School. They will sing in several Indian and foreign languages. The Chamber Orchestra and Choir of the school will add their flavour to the music.“Dece-Bells 2007” will take place at 6.45 p.m. at Ambedkar Bhavan. Entry is free.
