Bangalore: The Karnataka (Recognised) Unaided School Managements’ Association (KUSMA) has accused the Education Department of harassing managements of schools started after 1994 by not allowing them to start higher primary classes. KUSMA president G.S. Sharma said many requests o start 6th and 7th standard classes had been rejected”.

KUSMA has urged the Commissioner of Public Instruction to issue guidelines to permit schools open higher primary classes. — Special Correspondent
