The Western Railway will introduce an air-conditioned weekly Ahmedabad-Bangalore-Ahmedabad express train on March 24 as announced in the Railway Budget of 2011.

The Ahmedabad-Bangalore-Ahmedabad Air-Conditioned Weekly Express (Train No 19406) will leave Ahmedabad at 9.40 p.m. on Saturdays and arrive at Yesvantpur at 6.40 a.m. on Mondays.

In the return direction, the train (No 19405) will leave Yesvantpur at 10.45 a.m. on Mondays and reach Ahmedabad at 7.20 p.m. on Tuesdays, according to a release.

The train will have 15 coaches (Rajdhani type), consisting of one First Class AC coach, three AC 2-tier coaches, nine AC 3-tier coaches and two power cars, the release said.
