BANGALORE: Think chilli, think red. A blast of red — right from serviettes to tabletops — greets you as you enter the first outlet of Chili’s Grill and Bar in India, courtesy Brinker International.
This new place is a 126-seat restaurant located in Murugeshpalya on the Old Airport Road. Its Indian operations are being handled by the Jawad Business Group (JBG). Chili’s is a leading casual restaurant chain which offers a variety of American-Southwest cuisines. Its sumptuous presence is global: the Americas, Europe, the Pacific Rim and West Asia.
The Bangalore Chili’s menu was developed keeping in mind the local cuisine preferences and Indian ingredients while maintaining Chili’s character. Topping the menu are favourites such as Big Mouth Burgers, Sizzling Fajitas and Chocolate Molten Cake. For the Indian palate, there is tandoori chicken, served with curry cream and rice, as well as the Bombay Burger. There is even a special menu that children can choose from.
The place is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
