Undergraduate students from all over Andhra Pradesh had a gala time at the MVR College of Engineering & Technology at Paritala in Krishna district for two days.
At the Young Springs, more than 200 students participated to showcase their skills. Andhra Bank, Vijayawada Assistant General Manager A. Satyanarayana, explained several employment opportunities in banking industry. He elaborated the revolutionarily changes in banking sector because of the increased use of Information Technology and e-commerce.
According to him, the Indian banking sector had undergone several changes with the advent of the IT services making the financial transactions more convenient for the users. “This in turn increased competition which calls for the development of innovative financial products and students should be abreast of the opportunities to have a bright career in banking. Students should also work hard to realise their dreams,” he added.
