On the occasion of World Conservation Day on Thursday, The Hindu is organising a programme in association with the AP Pollution Control Board at Andhra Loyola College.

Krishna University Vice-Chancellor M.K. Durga Prasad and retired assistant conservator of forests P. Gracious will speak on the need for conservation of bio-diversity and the measures that are needed to be taken for the same. The programme will be held at 10.30 a.m. in the degree seminar hall of Andhra Loyola College. Principal Francis Xavier will be present.
