Agency to introduce online services

VUDA Vice-Chairman N. Yuvaraj on Tuesday announced steps towards transparency and introduction of online services including grievance redress provision. The VUDA website will incorporate the information required as well as software to enable quick access to people.

At a meeting with all heads of wings along with the technical support agencies, the Vice-Chairman directed them to compile information and keep it ready for uploading on VUDA website. The technical personnel were asked to design simple software to enable people avail themselves of the online services. VUDA has already procured its own server with a capacity of 8 terra bytes to improve the volume of the website. Dr. Yuvaraj told the officials to activate the server and upload all the information. The planning wing has already been extending online service for Layout Regularisation Scheme partly. Complete information relating to 715 private layouts is being uploaded.
