Swami Vivekananda Jyoti marathon run reached Rajahmundry on Tuesday and Ramakrishna Mutt local head Swami Akshratmananda and assistant head Swami Yogapriyananda welcomed the 32-member athletes at Anam Kala Kendram. Mr. M. Francis, Assistant Director of Information department received the torch from the team head SP Sinha and B. Kohley of West Bengal.

Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Kohley said the run was kicked off on December 23 at Vivekananda Rock memorial at Kanyakumari and it will conclude at Beluru Mutt in Kolkata. Swami Poornatmananda of Beluru Mutt has designed the yatra with a message of service, integrity and character. The team of 32 athletes includes footballers, NCC cadets, and other players. Along with the team 10 officials are also following the run.
