Over 200 residents of Timmannagudem in Kanagal mandal, about 25 km from here, were examined at a free ‘mega’ health camp organised by Venkateshwara Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Charlapalli, and Satyasai Seva Samiti, on the concluding day of the institute’s NSS camp on Friday. The camp was launched on January 26.

Doctors K. Jaipal Reddy and K. Jayaprakash Reddy said most of them had eye problems and joint pains caused by fluorosis and were referred to the GH for further treatment. Institute chairman Sandeep Reddy and principal K. Venugopal Rao were present.
