Senior BJP leader and MP M.Venkaiah Naidu challenged the Congress leaders for a debate on the five years rule of Vajpayee government and the nine-year year rule of UPA government.

Addressing Mahabubnagar Parliament segment level convention of BJP workers here on Saturday, he said while the growth rate in BJP ruled states has increased, the growth rate in congress ruled states has drastically came down.

He said prices of all commodities have skyrocketed in UPA rule, though the government was led by noted economist. He said NDA government in its fiver-year rule has given permission for new 520 TV channels. He said India has never seen such weak Prime Minister.

“While Prime Minister presides, the madam decides,” he added. He said rich benefitted while poor put to lose during nine year rule of Manmohan Singh government.

BJP State president G. Kishan Reddy said that even 1,000 suicides by Telangana youth failed to move Congress president Sonia Gandhi who is more interested in making her son Rahul Gandhi the future Prime Minister.
