After repeated postponements the TTD trust board meeting is finally scheduled to take place on Friday. The meeting will commence at 9.30 a.m at the TTDs Annamaiah Bhavan at Tirumala.

The meeting is expected to witness a fiery session with all the three nominated trustees who also happen to be the MLAs of the ruling Congress party up in arms against the management with regard to the Vaikunta Ekadasi fiasco that has nevertheless lowered the image of the institution. The member trustees have already expressed their dissatisfaction against the management particularly with Chariman K. Bapi Raju. The meeting may also discuss the report to be submitted to the Assembly Speaker regarding the reported lapses in the protocol as alleged by over dozen MLAs, MLCs and other dignitaries who visited the temple on the auspicious Vaikunta Ekadasi day ( January 5 ). Further it is believed that the decision to organise a series of Srinivasa Kalyanams in Maharastra continuously for over a stretch of 10 days is also likely to dominate the proceedings.
