Thousands of activists of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh took part in the ‘Hindu Chaitanya Sibiram’ here on Saturday.
Sri Siddheswarananda Bharati Swami, head of Sri Siddheswari Peetham, Courtallam gave his discourse to the participants.
He appreciated the RSS activists for striving to realise the ideals preached by K.B. Hedgewar and other stalwarts who dedicated their lives to protecting and propagating the Hindu faith.
Later, a large number of RSS activists took a rally through the main roads of Guntur city on the eve of the ‘Sarvajanikotsav’ scheduled for Sunday evening. RSS chief Mohan Bhagawat will deliver the keynote address at 5 p.m.
