The programme

for IIT and NIT aspirants will be held at Ravindra Bharathi

Hyderabad: The counselling session for IIT and NIT aspirants being organised by The Hindu Education Plus and Gajendra Circle Initiative, which is a subset of IIT Madras Alumni Association, will be held at Ravindra Bharathi today from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Students who have already registered are advised to reach the venue before 9 a.m. and only one person along with the registered candidate will be allowed inside the hall. Spot registrations will be allowed depending on the availability of space. Officials of State Bank of India, the sponsor will be there to clear doubts on educational loans.

Candidates who are confident of getting a call from an IIT or NIT can attend the programme to seek help in making a decision on choosing courses in IITs and NITs. Candidates will get an overview of the various engineering streams, nature of courses, opportunities available in post graduation and the recent trends.
