The Hindu Education Plus Eamcet career counselling session for 2013 that was scheduled to be held in Hyderabad on June 5 has been postponed to June 6. The session will now be held at Indira Priyadarshini Auditorium, Public Gardens from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Experts from the fields of engineering, architecture, biotechnology, medicine and pharmacy will interact with the students and their parents during the session. Students qualifying in Eamcet can utilise this opportunity to clarify their doubts to make informed career choices.

This is the 10th consecutive year The Hindu is conducting this workshop. Entry fee is Rs. 100 per head and candidates may register the-mselves for the event by sen-ding email to ‘’ or by filling up a form at The Hindu office in Hyderabad or Warangal.


A hand book with detailed information about all the relevant courses will be given free of cost to the candidates. Surprise gifts will also be given to the participants on the spot at the event.
