The mercury is rising at a quick pace in Hyderabad! While the past few days the day time temperature was hovering at 36 degrees Celsius, Friday’s maximum was 38 degrees Celsius in the twin cities.

According to IMD Hyderabad, temperatures continued to rise in Telangana and Rayalseema region. Mahabubnagar, Tirupati, Bhadrachalam and Kurnool recorded the highest temperature at 40 degrees Celsius, in the State.

Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Ramagundam in Telangana and Nandyal in Rayalseema region recorded a maximum of 38 degrees Celsius while Anantapur and Rentichintala recorded a high of 39 degrees Celsius.

Dry weather forecast

According to IMD officials, the weather in the three regions will remain largely dry and temperatures will continue to rise in the coming days.
