HYDERABAD: Union Minister of State for Rural Development A. Narendra has said that it had become inevitable for the Congress high command to spell out its stand on separate Telangana as the meeting of the UPA sub-committee is scheduled next month. He expected UPA chairperson and AICC president Sonia Gandhi to react positively to the demand after the panel submitted its report to her.
Mr. Narendra said Ms. Gandhi had to necessarily concede the demand out of political compulsion. Going by the trends, the Congress was likely to become weak after Assembly elections. She would not like to put the Congress in a more embarrassing situation
