VISAKHAPATNAM: "Winning the Greater Visakha Municipal Corporation polls and the by-election to Visakha-I Assembly constituency are my first priorities," Telugu Desam Party's Greater Visakha urban district committee C.M.A. Zaheer Ahmed, said here on Tuesday.
