Telugu Desam Party has bounced the ball of no confidence motion against the Congress government back into the YSR Congress’s court daring it to approach Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan with the list of Congress MLAs whose support it has been claiming. “Since YSRC is in a tearing hurry, this is the easiest way of bringing down the government instead of waiting for the Assembly session to be convened to take up the no confidence motion. The TDP would surely vote against the Congress government,” TDP senior leader Dadi Veerabhadra Rao told press persons on Friday.
He found YSRC leader M. V. Mysoora Reddy’s leader’s challenge to TDP over no trust motion amusing.
“When he was in our party he had argued that such a motion could be moved only when the Assembly is in session.”
