If you are planning to pack your baggage and spend a week on the temple premises listening to birds chirping in the morning, following healthy diet and de-stress yourself with prayers, music, dance, art and craft, International Society for Krishna Consciousness offers residential summer camp in the city.
Children between the age group of 9 and 16 can be part of the week-long camp that begins from May 5. Briefing about the innovative camp, Mataji Nitai Sevini of ISKCON said, “These days, parents are too occupied to spend time with their children. Due to occupational demands and lack of communication, there seems to be a missing link between parents and children. We try to bridge that gap engaging children constructively and make them learn the art of sharing, listening and communicating.”
For the toddlers Divine Touch School, one of the wings of ISKCON, has come up with a month-long summer camp. The camp begins from Thursday and is open for the children aged between 3 and 16. Further details can be had on 9848198614 or 0891-2592233.
President of ISKCON Samba Das Prabhu said that a new branch of Divine Touch School is all set to begin from this academic year at Vizianagaram.
