The annual cultural festival ‘Spring Spree’ organised by the National Institute of Technology (NIT) will be held on its campus from February 22 to 24.

The festival will be inaugurated by music director R.P. Patnaik on Thursday evening.

NIT director T. Srinivasa Rao told newsmen that nearly 10,000 students representing prestigious institutions across the country are expected to take part in the event.

It has 55 events such as sumo wrestling, short-film making, zorbing among others. Artistes of national and international repute will arrive to entertain the students during the festival.

BBoy Noodle from Korea, KK, Indian Idol season 5 finalist, model turned actress Vithika Sheru are among those who will performing at ‘Spring Spree’.
