Electricity consumers can hereafter take their grievances to the notice of Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (SPDCL) and get the same redressed online under ‘Spandana’ programme that was launched at the company’s corporate office in Tirupati on Monday by Chairman & Managing Director H.Y. Dora.

Consumers in the operational circles of Chittoor, Guntur, Kadapa, Krishna, Nellore and Prakasam have to register their grievances on SPDCL’s websitewww.apspdcl.in

In addition to the online system, consumer meetings will be held at the Corporate Office every Monday (except holidays) from 10.30 a.m to 12 noon. Those having long-pending grievances can personally meet the SPDCL officials.

Apart from consumers, contractors and pensioners can participate in ‘Spandana’. Also, SPDCL employees can meet their higher-ups during the programme for sorting out work-related issues.

Top executives of SPDCL participated in the launching programme and promised to render the best of services to the consumers.
