Anantapur: SK University Teachers Association (SKUTA) at its emergency general body meeting presided over by K.Venkateshwarlu resolved to amend the bylaws of SKUTA to empower the general body to recall any office bearer who acted against the interests of the association by a simple majority. The resolution was moved by T. Pullaiah and seconded by V. Redappa Reddy.

The general body also decided to dissolve the present executive and also made interim arrangement for running the association by constituting an interim committee. The resolution was proposed by C.Sudhakar and seconded by K.Ramakrishna Reddy. The general body of SKUTA also condemned the action taken against P. Obul Reddy by the university administration and demanded immediate revoking of action.

The resolution was proposed by G.Sreedhar and seconded by T.Bhaskar Reddy. The interim committee included G.Sreedhar as president, K.Mohana Raju, secretary, K.Suvarna, treasurer, P.Indira, P.Sudhakar, Amarnath R. Das, K.V.Ramana Reddy, K.Govindappa and K.Tulasi Naik as members.
