The Students Islamic Organisation has come forward to offer free accommodation to 5,500 students at shelters close to the examination centres on April 7 for JEE exam.

The SIO volunteers will be available at railway stations and bus stations to guide those coming from different places in reaching out their exam centre and accommodation points.

Meanwhile, the MLA D. Vinay Bhaskar said the TRS youth wing volunteers would be camping at important places to guide and help the students and parents. They would distribute nearly 3,000 food packets and water sachets at the examination centres.

Security arrangements

In a statement, Superintendent of Police (Urban) A. Venkateswar Rao said the department had drafted seven DSPs, 21 Circle Inspectors, 37 Sub-Inspectors, 141 ASIs, 438 woman police constables and 301 home guards to regulate traffic and help the new comers reach their destinations within Warangal, Hanamkonda and Kazipet towns for the JEE.
