‘Smash’ has a variety of home appliances
GUNTUR: The ‘Smash’ smart shopping hungama at the Shubham Convention Centre on the Ring Road has been evoking an enthusiastic response from the people, particularly women. The exhibition features an exotic array of house hold items, from the glistening Melamine crockery to a wide variety of kitchen appliances, from fitness machines to Bhutanese wooden furniture. The range in dress materials too was appealing.
The exhibition ends on February 7.
One can get a k.g. of Melamine crockery consists of bowels of various sizes, dining plates and a variety of mugs at Rs.250.
The Italian multi-purpose sofa seater could be doubled as a couch or a reclining sofa or folded as a 5’6 size bed.
One can save on space in a narrow living room.
The Tower fans from Ekvire are portable and easy to operate that could be placed anywhere.
The expo also features a variety of fitness machines with infrared sauna and massage belts and vibrating tread mills.
One need not drop a sweat and still can do away with the flab.
A variety of kitchen appliances including cutters, grinders and instant pop corn makers have been placed in the stalls.
Visitors would not miss a special chocolate stall which has a variety of home made malted chocolates from Kerala.
From chocos to instant chappati makers and juice makers, the devices are light and trendy.
An exotic piece of Bhutanese furniture set, polished brass frames on fine Rangoon teak, is also placed. It is priced about Rs.65,000.
There are a number of magic toy stalls for kids and a food court at the end of the expo is sure to tickle the taste buds.
