Thinking hard about the fact and offering solutions to lead stress-free life, psychologists recommend self assessment tests for all age-groups. They say it helps students and professionals improve their efficiency level and face challenges with confidence.
“Before opting for any discipline, students should consult a psychologist and undergo an assessment test. Psychological interventions and self-assessment tests help identify one’s strengths and weaknesses. Based on the results, students will be suggested their core subjects,” says M.V.R. Raj, HoD of Psychology, Andhra University.
“Knowing one’s limitations and matching his or her skill-sets to meet the demands of the job has become the need of the hour. It helps to nurture better relationship with the peer group and makes life easy at workplace,” says Durvasula Sharvani, counselling psychologist of Kalyan Career, Psychological Assessment and Counseling Centre.
