The South Central Railway (SCR) will run 34 special trains between Visakhapatnam and Huzur Saheb Nanded to clear the extra rush. Special trains will be operated from March to June.

Train No.08509 (Visakhapatnam-Huzur Saheb Nanded) will depart at 7.30 p.m. from Visakhapatnam on every Tuesday i.e. on March 5, 12, 19 and 26, April 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, May 7, 14, 21 and 28 and June 4, 11, 18 and 25 (total 17 trips). The train will reach H.S. Nanded at 2.45 p.m. on Wednesdays. The special train will arrive at Vijayawada at 1.30 a.m. and depart at 1.50 a.m.

In return direction, Train No.08510 the train will depart from Huzur Saheb Nanded at 4.15 p.m. on every Wednesday i.e. on March 6, 13, 20 and 27, April 3, 10, 17 and 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 and June 5, 12, 19 and 26 (17 trips) and reach Visakhapatnam at 10.15 a.m. on Thursdays.

The train will reach Vijayawada at 3.35 a.m. and leave at 3.55 a.m.

The special trains will halt at Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Kazipet Junction, Secunderabad, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Basar and Mudkhed stations in both the directions.

The trains will consist of one two tier AC coach, one three tier AC coach, ten sleeper class coaches, five general second class coaches and two second class luggage-cum-brake van coaches, said the railway officials.
